@ Please create a coffee sales website using Google Apps Script (GAS) as a simple and effective solution. Here are the detailed elements we’d like included in the project:
      1. Main Menu Design (Coffee Products)
      • Product Menu: Display a list of coffee products with:
      • Product name
      • Price per unit
      • Available stock quantity
      • Brief product description (optional)
      • Product image for a more attractive appearance
      • Shopping Cart: A button to add products to the cart, along with options to adjust quantities or remove items from the cart.
      2. Shopping Cart Functionality
      • Display all selected products in the cart with:
      • Product name
      • Quantity of each item
      • Unit price and total price
      • Buttons for proceeding to checkout or canceling the order.
      3. Checkout and PDF Generation
      • Checkout: After selecting products, allow users to confirm their purchase.
      • PDF Creation: Generate an automatic PDF with purchase details (product names, quantities, unit prices, total cost, and customer information).
      • The PDF should be downloadable or emailed to the user.
      4. Purchase History
      • A purchase history menu showing:
      • List of all previous purchases
      • Purchase dates
      • Product details and total amount spent
      • Use Google Sheets to log each transaction, making it easy to track orders.
      5. Stock Management
      • Automatic Stock Reduction: Update stock quantities in Google Sheets based on completed purchases.
      • Stock Replenishment for Canceled Orders: Restore stock if a purchase is canceled before checkout.
      6. Admin Dashboard
      • Admin Panel: Monitor stock, view purchase history, and review sales reports.
      • Product Management: Add, edit, or delete products.
      • Sales Analysis: Show weekly/monthly sales data for better decision-making.
      7. Email Notification Automation (Optional)
      • Purchase Confirmation Email: Send a confirmation email with a PDF after checkout.
      • Low Stock Notification: Automatically notify the admin if any product’s stock nears the minimum threshold.
      8. Responsive and Attractive Layout
      • Responsive Design: Ensure the site is accessible from desktop and mobile devices.
      • UI/UX: Modern, visually appealing layout with intuitive navigation:
      • Grid layout for products
      • Sidebar or top menu for easy access to the cart, purchase history, etc.
      Implementation Structure Example
      1. Google Sheets as Database: Use Google Sheets to store product data, stock, purchase history, and user information.
      2. HTML + CSS for Web Layout: Build the interface using HTML and CSS, with interactivity handled by Google Apps Script.
      3. Google Apps Script: Connect the HTML front-end with Google Sheets for data storage and processing.
      Google Apps Script Implementation Steps
      1. Set up a spreadsheet to store product and purchase data.
      2. Create HTML files for the user interface (UI).
      3. Write scripts to display products from the spreadsheet on the website.
      4. Add functionality for adding/removing items from the cart.
      5. Develop checkout and automatic stock-reduction functions.
      6. Create a PDF function for the shopping cart.
      7. Set up purchase history display in the web app.
      Additional Features
      • QR Code for Payments or Order Tracking: Automate QR code generation for payment methods or tracking.
      • Discounts or Promo Codes: Add coupon or discount functionality for promotions.
      • Online Payment Integration: Integrate with payment gateways like Stripe or Midtrans, if desired.
These elements will provide a comprehensive coffee sales website with essential functionality for efficient operation.
Could you work on implementing this?
