Will Levis is not the guy,and he never has been. He has all the physical tools but he lacks the mental tools needed to be successful right now in this league. He was a guy that needed to sit behind a qb1 for years,not be thrust into the starting spot right away.

I'm sure that was the plan. It all changed when tannehill got hurt, and Willis wasn't any better of an option last year at that time. Willis also wasn't the QB that Levis needed to sit behind and learn from last year. So, given the situation, I think the coaches probably know what they're doing better than you(or me) considering the fact that Levis is either the QB for the future, or they need to draft a QB for the future next off-season.
