How To FIX QCY T1 Not Charging | QCY Earphones Quick Fix
In this video I will show you how I have fixed my QCY T1 earphones that were not charging.
While at the gym, the right QCY earphone stopped working and once placed back in the casing I have noticed that is not charging anymore.
Because I was not ready to buy another pair, I have decided to try to fix it, and here you will see how I did it.

Same problem here, but I can't make it work again. I popped them open, nothing moved in there, everything seemed fine. I also opened the charging station, nothing wrong to see there. I tried to clean the contacts, did't help at all... I tried to tap and hit them at the table, nothing...
They just don't react when I place them in the charging dock. They keep flashing blue.
Any suggestion what else to try before giving up?

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately the earplug still is dead. QSY doesn't supply spare earphones, which is a shame. I do measure 5 volts running out of the connectors from the charging case.

I have the same issue but have not yet tried opening it. Mine is still charging but depletes quickly. If I'll check the battery level, the max it can reach is only 70% but won't last an hour. The earphone brand I have is TOPK. I don't want to let it go yet, so I'll try doing what you did and will give update later. Wish me luck! 😊

Another tip. I had no problem with connectors.
But after long time not used they were dead. No lights when put in fully charged case.
After opening them I had to short the +5V (white) from the charging pins while in the case to the + of the battery. That did the trick.

Me too i bought my Earbuds and face same problem. while trying to charge ,i can not see the red and green led which indicate that its charging. After investigation i realised that there were a small plastic on the 2 small connectors place. When i removed the plastic, then i see now the red and green led coming when charging. From now im happy to charge my item. You guys can faced same problem like me when newly bought. Make sure you removed the plastic before charging. Thats my contribution guys.

I have not even week Intezze Zero basic. They cost same like those you have but i liked my more because it have case i was scare magnet wouldnt keep it there. Anyway my keft one not charging too and i am sad they were cheap one but they were great . So i try lot of thinks how to repair it. I dont want send it back becaudse i guess way with car to town and back would cost almost same like those earphones so if none opinion will work i will try this one . If not even this i will buy new one

I had this problem just now and while trying to fix it with plug and unplug it with charger, the case hit the ground by my hand accidentally very hard and its charging now😂😂
(Airbuds were out of the case)

If it does not turn on, it isn't charge.
Try to clean those copper contacts between the box and earbuds.

I have some problem with my QCY T3, but when I put them in the box, the red light goes on, but then the white light goes on, and they continue like that for a few hours. But at the end, the earbud isn't charged. Do you think is kinda the same problem that you had? haha

In my case there was no light at all while in the charging port.
You can try resetting the earbuds to factory settings and try recharging them again after.
Take out both earbuds and press the button on each of them for about 10 sec. to switch them off.
After turning them off, long press the button on each of the earbuds for about 20 sec. (During this time you might see white and red light flashes, the light will alternate between white and red for about 10 sec and then it will turn off completely). This indicates that your earbuds are back to factory settings.
Now put them back in the charging base and see if they start charging.

@@Baxitkhan I actually opened them up, and try to push the circuit a little bit towards the charging dock, but it didn't work. I haven't tried anything else since, I'm gonna try to keep looking tho. If I find anything I will let you know. Or if you do, please let me know as well

I fixed mine by cleaning the two circular copper thingies under the ear bud using a cotton/toothpick without opening it and it started charging again.

I don't know if we have the same headphones, but they look identical.
So, I pressed the charging sensor thing of the headphone too deep into the headphone with a toothpick while i tried cleaning it cause it didn't charge. Now I'll be trying to open it. I also almost got it open with my fingers so wooo i dont have to damage them that much

I just found out that mine had yellow sticker behind them which was stopping them from charging so make sure there's no stickers on yours before you do this.

Had the same problem on my T6, was disapointed when you have to crack open your earbuds. I cannot find the seams on the t6. But when you say that it's about dislodging, I gave the T6 a hard tap to the wall. It worked again. Thanks

I just cleaned the contacts good with very little dielectric grease, They immediately worked after cleaning. “No need to take apart”

@@aperson3624 I scraped the contacts with a small piece of plastic then wiped the Contacts with dielectric grease. You can get a tube of this grease at an auto part store.
