      Hallandale? Used to live at Hollywood beach, would not dare to go to Hallandale, is it weird there. Mandarin is 1000% better.

    I grew up in Mandarin and lived most of my time in Jacksonville (1998-2020) in that area. I lived off Loretto RD, in Oasis of Mandarin behind Walmart, and in the Windermere neighborhood. I graduated from Mandarin High in 2000 and was even stationed in Mayport for 2 years. Most of these tours I see of Mandarin focus on San Jose and Mandarin Rd communities but there's so much more to see. Would it be possible to see and tour Crown Pointe, Old St. Augustine Rd, Greenland Rd, Loretto and even back on Marbon Rd and the real estate and communities located off these roads in a future video? I'm working on saving money and hopefully moving back to Mandarin in the near future.

      It’s definitely on my to-do list! Mandarin is much larger than most people realize and there’s so much to see. Truly one of Jacksonville’s most unique and diverse communities!

    How do you feel about Julington Creek? Is it similar to Mandarin?

    • @LivinginNortheastFlorida
      @LivinginNortheastFlorida  2 роки тому +1

      It is quite similar, but still a few differences. Julington creek is in St Johns county with the best school district in Florida whereas Mandarin is in Duval. The old Oak trees covered in Spanish moss that canopy over the streets of Mandarin is not found anywhere else in North Florida.. Julington creek has a massive community called Julington Creek Plantation whereas Mandarin is made up of a plethora of smaller neighborhoods. I’d love to explain further!
