Hohenzollern Castle 2023

‪@Dean_Trips‬ visits the hilltop castle Hohenzollern south and west of Stuttgart. Dean took the train to Hechingen from Stuttgart, with a connection in Tübingen. To get the the castle from the train station Dean chooses to walk instead of taking the shuttle bus. Dean covers the 4 plus miles (over 7km) in less than an hour and a half, videoing his way through the old city of Hechingen and the path to Hohenzollern. Dean purchased his 24 Euro entrance to the castle ticket online and downloaded the free app which has a built in audio guide for touring inside the castle. burg-hohenzollern.com/

That walk probably gave him better feel for the area than any shuttle would have. I would have walked too.

IS it allowed to take pictures inside the caste? Many castles in Germany don´t allow filming and that is the reason I don´t visit them.
