Since this Chromebook has an Intel CPU, you could follow a tutorial on UA-cam to install Windows 10 on it (you would have to open the laptop to turn a write protect screw). That’ll probably get rid of like 40% (very rough estimate) of the problems of the Chromebook being a Chromebook.
Most newer laptops opt to remove the ram-slot and just get soldered ram instead (non-upgradable) though there is many laptops that are upgradable if you simply look at the manuals and disassembly guides.

So vermax. You can get case fans for pc cases and a pwm power connector to usb adapter. I did that to create my own noctua desk fan. I 3d printed the shroud based off of noctuas dest top design.

the reason why you cannot find the RAM on newer laptops is because the factory soldered the laptops onto the motherboard, I tried to upgrade my laptop from 16 to 32GB, i just noticed that the ram was soldered into the motherboard and it I'm not trying to solder noting..
