I recently met Bob and Colin Hall in Wareham, Dorset after they did their show The Songs the Beatles Gave Away. I recommend it! Bob and Colin are just super friendly and gave us a fun and interesting show. Bob is a broadcasting legend and I’m so glad I met with him.😀
I’ve always loved how calm Bob’s voice sounds and his appearance and how he speaks too with his soft gentle voice too and it’s not like it’s whispering but it’s just very soothing to hear when he’s talking to people in conversation like on the old grey whistle test.
Yea! Great to see Whispering Bob Harris after all these years. I will be watching the new BBC 3 hour special on 23rd Feb '18. I never realised that I am older than him! Can't help noticing he's starting to look a bit like Paul Gadd........hush my mouth!
Country music of the 1990's from America was dismal at best and has only gotten worse. Love you Bob; I've followed your career from the US over the years and I just have so much respect for what you did and how you did it. I think the high point for me was you interview with Lennon in 1975.
Bob, get Brinsley Schwarz back together. Forget that Kentish Town pub. They've knocked it down. I've just remembered the name - the Tally Ho! Forget it.
I love Bob! A Walking Rock-n'-Roll Encyclopedia!

The most soothing voice of all time.
Great interview. The fantastic Whispering Bob 👌😀
A Total Legend!
So strange to see Bob getting asked the questions these days. 😄 Bloke was an ASMR king decades before it had a name.
Whats so crazy is Bob Harris hasnt changed a bit if you look at him talking to now passed celebs years before. He is really energetic for his age.
I LOVE BOB HARRIS!

They should play early country and bluegrass

I used to pop in before and after gigs in the Town&Country Club, now renamed back to The Forum, back in the 80s and 90s.
