- The Numark NV hardware connects to Windows and Mac computers as a class compliant MIDI device. Because of this, the platters, knobs, sliders, and pads can be mapped to any DJ application that supports custom mapping.
Virtual DJ has released their own custom mapping for Numark NV in Virtual DJ 8 build 2174.951, allowing for flexible software control right from the NV hardware..

this is not an easy thing which is described in this video.. i have a new mark mix track pro 3..its very hard to get a virtual dj 8 cracked version here.. like you said if u want to download it you have to pay for it..dont need to pay n buy the virtual dj 8..
secondly if you get the cracked version and wen u select and put a song in to the player deck the volume goes down..that's the major issue

Since i bought this product,Serato DJ refused to download on my system(FLIP EXPANSION PACK) but i'm a virtualdj Pro infinity so,how can i record my flips or loops on the fly?

Great video!! I have a question for you though. Everything installed. But the left deck wont scratch and the beat knob doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix that? I've reset back to factory settings and remapped it. The right deck performs normally..

you need to buy the program from virtualdj.com
Yeah you need to purchase the license vdj pro 8...the free Le version will time you out at 10 minutes...but you can still mix with your computer & use FX.

Question? Why is my controller not highlighted on Audio set up. There in gray and it doesn't choose my controller. Please help.
It might mean your computer doesn't see the NV's Audio card. There are several possible causes:
a) The USB port on the computer is low quality (most computers have 1-2 good ports and several low quality ports.
b) Another connected USB audio device is confusing the software. Disconnect any other USB devices from the computer except your mouse and keyboard
c) An issue with your Windows installation. Check out the article below for tips on troubleshooting this or other USB issues, and for a link to Numark's support contact info:

+noterepeat I have a new MacBook Pro and nothing else plugged into it. My NS6 shows up but I can not highlight it. It works perfect with Serato though. Actually nothing is highlighted in blue like it should be.

The NV includes Serato DJ software, and does not include Virtual DJ. To use Virtual DJ, you'll need to buy the software from virtualdj.com.

I'd check on the NI forums or site, but as far as we're aware, an NI Traktor map for the Numark NV hasn't been released.
