- I have spent the last 40 days, engaging in classes upon classes, unknowingly, living one of my best du’a.
Online summer dowra is 40 days program centred around ilm, wirid and mawlid, organised by Alumni of Daruzzahra, an islamic school set in the valley of Hadramout, Yemen.

That’s the sweetest words, I was like everyone else felt strange at first identifying myself as “homemaker, or student” because everyone wants to be proud of their career, until I learn that everything is from Allah, including the career I used to be so proud of. I am now a proud home maker, builder of the ummah and lifelong ilm seeker ❤

In the context of Surah Mulak verse 2, Allah knows everything, so the purpose of testing us?
I cant give in depth answer, Im no scholar/teacher - the ayah you refer to already self explain - Allah tests us to see if we're willing to give our best effort (ihsanu amal).
what is school without exams. sometimes the teacher predict if a student will perform well or not based on average performance, but an exam might increase one's effort and increase one's score. just an analogy.
Tests from Allah is to increase one in faith through effort and patience, and raise the true servant in rank. Allah knows best.
