    KTM did a good job on those 390s. The chain is super easy to replace since you dont have to remove the swing arm (like on many other motorcycles).

      14 teeth. 15 teeth won't fit directly due to tight clearance. You'll need to take off the engine casing shield, but I won't recommend that. Go a teeth or two lower on the rear sprocket if you can.

    Good that the ktm's don't come with an open chain as powerful bikes don't come with master link as they are unsafe. Also putting in an closed chain and removing it is an headache due to the riveting and the tools required. Dude why no torque wrench or thread locker?

    • @dudesandtools
      @dudesandtools  6 років тому

      because i don't have a torque wrench and its pretty costly in India. I have an improvised torque wrench which I'll be featuring in my next video. and next thing not every bolt needs threadlocker right?

    • @ketankadam5669
      @ketankadam5669 6 років тому

      Dudes and Tools yes torque wrenches can be expensive, can do without if you are not going to work on the engine. Btw not every bolt needs thread locker but if you had read the duke 200 service manual you would know that the sprocket bolts need thread locker, right?

    • @dudesandtools
