Hey Shaun, you could easily accomplish that with a kit like this: shopsolarkits.com/products/ecoflow-delta-2-eclipse-kit - that said, this is a bit more power than you need (battery capacity wise) but means that you wouldn't need to recharge the unit every single day.

You only need to wire your alternator to a 100 watt hour battery. More than enough power.
