The question is what your goal ultimately is, if you want to play competitively then try to get everyone first and their gear, if you still have crystals after that then you can go for rankups. However SSS or SS Songque is more valuable than SS Sena.

If you want to build a physical team Herrscher of Rebirth is a must, she’s both the best support for Impair but also the strongest Psy-type dps. So basically if you don’t have her, just don’t build a physical team (beware these are the most expensive ones, as every Physical valk is basically, exept for Susannah, gacha only and their gears are all also gacha only). Herrscher of Finality, as much as I love her, isn’t the best Fire-Dps anymore and can also just shine in img-type abyss weathers even though Herrscher Trio is busted af when comparing raw damage. Honestly to build Herrscher Trio from scratch is super expensive as at the time they came out we got a lot of things for free. Also if you don’t have Herrscher of Truth just skip her lol. So between the both I would say HoRb is currently more valuable, but ofc it depends on the state of your account and who you want to play, meta is too fast paced and waifus are eternal ;)
If you're new player, your better getting the Part 2 trio because they're the cheapest meta atm that can bruteforce any bosses/difficulties except Kallen (who is literally immune to elemental dmg). Also pity from starter supply doesn't carryover to any banners. Starter supply is a one-time banner, once it expires it'll not comeback with different Valkyrie. The only worthy there is HoRb. If you really like her and you already owned a fully gear or 4/4 Part 2 trio, you can pull her at Character Supply B and her gears at Focus Supply.

Better the CEO mihoyo for game honkai impact 3rd free gift a crystals 999999 permanent for all server because the event is mars also better the fight of the last boss is Kamen rider Kill bass spider.
