This is probably one of my favorite songs by NF, I’m currently a student at a technical college working on cars, and I’m trying to get excepted into the Porsche Program, only 15 students each year get selected, and my school has over 1,000 students daily. I think of this song whenever I’m studying, and getting frustrated. Learning electrical theories, applications, and intermediate electrical classes have been by far my hardest classes, I still pass with A’s but I think of this song whenever I want to just toss everything aside, I’ll listen to this song and it motivates me that giving up isn’t going to get me anywhere. Jul L. Nf does have songs that are Christian, ex: Oh Lord. He might not always rap about God but there are songs of his that are Christian. If you are a Christian and you say so in your music on more than one occasion, in my opinion that would make you a Christian Rapper. I agree that it’s not just for Christians to listen to because this music can basically apply to just about anyone, Christian or not.
I am a muslim and i love his music because they so meaningful they are almost related to everyone i love this guy
EJ Faltermier I'm atheist but oh lord is actually one of my fave songs from him bc it talks about abstract concepts that are not necessarily religious like the state of humanity, faith(in yourself and in our species) etc. But, even if you do process it as a religious song, I think that makes it an even better song because it's meaning is especially relative to the listener. :p
