Fun fact! If I remember correctly, Oda confirmed that Luffy has, indeed, PTSD from Marineford and nightmares, because of not having treated correctly the trauma (Like, Jimbe helped him keep going, but the trauma is still there)

It was so hard to watch Post-Marineford, we had never seen Luffy in such a state until then, even after Saboady he wasn’t as hurt or in grief despite losing his crew.

I think there's a version called "one pace" where they remove filler and maybe shorten reaction shots? Try watching that, maybe it's easier to get started?😊
