    Bhai jungle ke daam already badha rakhe hain. 15-20 saal kuch nahi hone wala YEIDA mein. Sab invester hi rate badha ke baithe hain. koi buyer nahi milega in sabko. rakho apne plot apne pass. 😂😂😂

      Aisa lagta hai Yamuna, Gr Noida mein schemes mein form bharna sabse badi bewakoofi hai kyonki
      1) Ye schemes sirf Application Fee (₹600) aur Interest on earnest money (around ₹50-₹100 crore) ke naam par Crore rupaye earn karne ka Dhanda hain jabki Aam janta kismat aajmaane ke naam par jindagi bhar baar-baar form bharti Rehti hai.
      2) Kya ye ajeeb nahi ki draw me naam sirf kuch khaas varga ke logo ka hi nikalta hai kyonki har 2-3 slips to inhi logo ki nikalti rehti hai har baar ?
      3) Jin logo ki parchi nikalty hai kya un logo ki details verify hoti hai ? pata chal jaayega ki unme se kitne log Dealer's/financers hai aur kitne log inke Rishtedaar aur parivar waale hi hote hain.
      4) Kya 100% sabke naam ki parchi Box mein Dali jaati hain ? kyonki jab Aapke naam ki parchi hi nahi hai BOX mein to aapka naam kaise niklega ?
      5) Har category ka draw hone ke baad kya kabhi Bachi hui Parchiyoon ki verification hui hai ? Aapko pata chal jaayega ki kya aapke naam ki parchi us Box mein thi yaa nahi aur aise kitne log hain jinke naam ki 10-10 parchiyaan daali gayi thi.
      6) Isliye apni kismat ko kosna aur dosh dena chodiye aur kismat ke naam par jo fraud aur dhandhalebaaji ho rahi hai use samajhiye taaki apni mehnat ki kamaai in schemes me waste hone se bach sako aur jahan par bhi 100% confirm allotment ho rahi hai wahin par form bhariye.

      Jahan kakhon ki tadaad mein aam log form bharte hain parantu naam sirf inke khaas logo ka hi nikalta hai.

      @@ramchandraacharya4504 we are seeing Greater Noida since last 30-35 year's and still it's not developed with only 15-20 general public occupancy.
      Then do you think Yamuna will be developed in 5-6 year's as fooled by Dealers/Financers or Builder lobby ?
      Whoever has invested or planning to invest will cry foul to get their money back.

    Agar small size plots aye to sector 18 jo future mein posh sector hone ki hope thi vo kharab ho jayegi because small plots aye to fir sector kachra ho jayega posh ya luxury sector mein nahi count hoga jaise sigma 1 greater Noida mein only 300 aur 500 meter ke plot hai aur isliye vo luxury sector mana jata hai asha karta hoon aisa hi 20 sector yamuna expressway mein na ho vo to atleast posh sector hi bane future mein 🙏🙏
