I trained in produce and I thought it was a relaxing environment because I don’t have to be face to face with any customers. I was sadly rejected because they felt that the position wasn’t right for me so they switched me to courtesy clerk. I was disappointed because I was really feeling it. Also, the pay was better than courtesy clerk. Part of me wants to go back but I’m nervous that I’m going to let down the produce manager, again.
@@isalite Albertsons. They told me they understand my drive of learning but they needed someone that can get things done quick, ASAP. They then switched me. I think the issue was that I was only given 2 days a week for training and that didn’t feel like enough for me, especially that I’m not a fast learner.
