I was at Fort Augustus the other week. Everyone was a Yank! Made me titter when a group of them rode into town, tried to get a cup of joe and complained when the cafe was shut. The cafe owner says to them “yeah I know you guys are used to everything being 24 hours but over here we close at 4” 😂 the look of disbelief on those thirsty faces.. cafe owner couldn’t give a smokin hot shit for their business, it was 4:05 and she’s hot tailin’ it outta Dodge.

Last time I visited Edinburgh that's exactly what I did. A bunch of Edinburgh trains were cancelled for some reason, so I jumped on a Glasgow train instead and then got the onward train as soon as I got there. Saw none of Glasgow at all other than the inside of the station, so proud 😊

I live in Dundee & would happily fly to Glasgow over Edinburgh despite it being further away cos Edin airport is so awful
