Sir in the rera certificate the name of promotor mentioned is adhikansh builders. Please check the rera.certificate. the promoter of this project is some unknown builder.

Na bhai..sample flat is only to attract customer...in reality the flat carpet area will be 780 sq ft for 3 bhk and the amountbyou will pay is 1.6 cr at least...in the same price you can buy big independent builder floors

#Smartworld ---- Builder taking Payments but not doing BBA, Not even providing any unit allotment letter yet... although we had done all formalities from our side...2months ago !! Be careful guys before investing your hard earned money..!!
