    I got Hantek 6022BL and I can't complain - I can use open source OpenHantek and see all on big screen, plus it's 1/3 of the price. Not to mention it's pluggable onto Android tablet or even phone and you can use it on the go.
    So if desk space is your problem - get the Hantek, put it behind or even below your desk, make only the probes available on the desk and have a shortcut for the SW :)

      Looks quite portable as well. Although personally I think I'd appreciate having the screen with me. That would probably raise the price but it's not a bad option for anyone looking to save some space for sure! Thanks for the suggestion

      20 megasamples seems quite small, what do you use it for?

    • @rklauco
      @rklauco 3 роки тому +1

      @@alexstone691 Usually only basic low voltage toys - Tasmota devices, Raspberry Pi communication (i2c) and few RLC circuits I've build for learning purposes. Seems plenty for me, to be honest.

      It's one of these things that I will use once a month, but it will save me a day of googling! I'm glad i could shine some light on it.

    Thanks for this, you made me buy my first oscilloscope :) As I'm totally new in this, I have a dumb question.. what the use of the out (signal out, waveform output) connector ? should I buy an adaptator to connect it to a sceen for instance ?

    • @notenoughtech
      @notenoughtech  2 роки тому +1

      The waveform gen is useful to test other equipment or to see how your components behave. When you plug the probes in to out channel you get to send the signal instead of reading one. You can test this by simply connecting the output to your oscilloscope and you will see the signal you generated

    • @notenoughtech
      @notenoughtech  2 роки тому

      You can toggle the channels on and off. If you look at the icons of channels (a b c d) you can display these or hide it. I believe I covered this briefly in the beginning of the UI overview

    Hello, how to set start seqwence ? Everytime when I start this oscilloscope I get the same old start seqwence, then I must go to my favorite settings.

    Could you explain if there is a zoom capability? I have just bought this and am learning to use it but can't figure out how to make some of the images it picks up larger.

    • @notenoughtech
      @notenoughtech  2 роки тому

      You have 2 options to control the timeline. You can change the sampling rate which will give you a bigger resolution (zoom in) and move across the timeline with the wheel when in one of the top positions

      Could you maybe explain in more detail or make a video, I greatly appreciate you answering

    • @notenoughtech
      @notenoughtech  2 роки тому

      When selecting time for samples you are selecting how long the sample will last and this is divided by the number of samples. Shorter time the more divisions per sample you get. If I have sample rate 10 per sec then I get 1/10 of a sec data point but if I decrease the time to 1/10 sec then I get data point every ¹/100 although lasting 10 times shorter.

    Meh. It's small, and it's relatively inexpensive. I have one, and it's what I use when I don't have anything else handy.
