Jimmy Ray I have since let Lund Racing tune the truck. We took it to the track and it went 14.8@94 leaving off idle on the stock tune. Then picked up 0.4 and 3mph on their tune. Then on their tune and foot brake it went 13.8 @ 97. Tune only and about ad heavy of a truck as you can get. Super crew cab lariat, retrax bed cover, 23 gal tank (I guess the 36 would be heavier)
Mr Anderson oh I know right. Imagine if instead of the 4cyl 2.3 in the stang they put this. This truck tune only went 13.7@97 and it's as heavy as can be.
Not bad at all. That 2.7 is no joke. You need to look into a custom tune though. Unleashed is what I run on my 3.5EB and it's insane how much difference there is
I called a certain " truck mod" biz the other day, and they said " Diablo doesn't make a tune for this engine and doesn't work well with Fords? " Lol my buddy HAS ONE on his GT... Knew they were not being truthful! Thanks for the share, I have same truck.. I have to mention, my boost stays higher... Sport mode and no tune.. almost full 20 entire time I punch it?! I'm in Alabama, might be atmosphere or elevation... Also, just FYI of tune seekers on ecoboost, amazing results happening from SSI.. I don't know them or have any tune, just amazing what they are doing.. I really like the Diablo touch screen system, looks awesome! Anyway, good vid...
wow year I'm in Maryland so my DA isn't very high. surprised your boost is that high. I got this tuner for free and it's a canned tune so it can only be so good. I'll try another one before it's over

Looks like SMP tuning is mad about getting that booty beat. I mean have you seen their f150 videos. Lol slower than stock. Go play with the peasents. You ain't on this level
When I was in the market to get a tune, I looked long and hard at ssi for my eb. After reading some of the people on their board's posts and how they come on to EVERY other site, video etc., I had to look elsewhere. Shawn is a woman beater, no other company out there has as bad a wrap for blowing engines. No other company had to shut down their business and reopen it under a new name. And absolutely NO other company out there has such a broad range of absolute D-Bags out there backing their product by being absolute assholes to everybody else. Just not something I want to be a part of.
I had heard that the 15+ added the sounds through the stereo. Someone had found a way to shut it off through PATS ,but I didn't go in and have mine shut off. I guess they must have changed it for 17.
I can definitely tell the difference. Look how strong it keeps pulling after 70mph. Thanks for the Video

That sounds like a 3.5 with V8 tunes through the stereo. How did you get the 2.7 to sound like that? My 2017 is silent.

How did it Perform on 93 Octane Alone ?
The video shows the comparison. It def works better with 93. If you put 87 in it the computer will dial back timing.

The 18 comes with more torque and hp than the 15s
