He used to stay at Far East Bank in Alex right opposite my granny's house and everything he has said here is absolutely on point about how tough things were for him in that 7 years. But at the same time it's true that your existence alone is an inspiration because even then seeing him every now and then was massively inspiring for me and I knew that one day he'll soar as he is right now. What an episode!
I grew up right before his eyes. He used to visit Meshack "Mimi" Mavuso when he was still staying e 5 ngase Selbourne (5th Avenue). Grootman was kind and respectful. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Later on in life, my mom and I moved to Far East Bank.
@Moshe B I always say if you are from Alex and you choose a life of crime it's never because you didn't have opportunities or role models to look up to because there's plenty of those. Choice is yours daso
MDUDUZI MABASO this guy is so motivational especially explaining how we black people si power full ngakhona, and his story is very interesting on how he got his Gig this story needs a DOC, he deserves his flowers💐 big up👌🤌nice interview
For the first time am hearing someone with a fully understanding about our African Spirituality the connection of Amadlozi nathi esphilayo not laba abasebenza ngobuthakathi your Dr Khehlezi nalaba abazbiza ngezangoma bona bethakatha oGogo laba abangacacanga S/o to Msafafa /Mdue Mabaso Dankie grootman 👌
I wrote to the new minister of sports arts and culture and asked him to consider bringing back the community centres where we used to gather after school to learn about culture, music. There was a variety of things to do. That's how local talent was discovered and natured. The goverment needs to make funds available to support these initiatives.
I dont know how to say this without sounding like a groupie.. Bhuti Mduduzi wakwa Mabaso. ... Words are just failing me right now .... over a year since you did this interview kodwa namhlanje ngihlangene nayo.. angeke ngiyichaze indlela engithinteke ngayo cause I can write a 1000 page essay trying to explain how heartfelt each word you uttered relates to the core of my existence. Inkosi ingisize ngikwazi ukuhlangana nawe ngelinye lamalanga ngoba iyozwakala kangcono directly to your ears. Im humbled a new level of respect has been unlocked ngawe mfo ka Mabaso

This is deep, keep doing the good work as a nation we r looking to you guys, you r the hope as our leaders burying us alive, we r praying it might looks like is just a talk but it revives our spirit, one day is one day, God is watching over South Africans and the change is now, let's keep pushing it will get better
Anyone that messes with Don Cheadle and Connie Chiume (on the same level as a Black Panther feature) is a legend too. Please bring Mr Fana Mokena too as he messed with Brad Pitt, Anjanue Ellis, Idris Elba and Naomi Harris😤. Locals going International are an inspirational flex.
First 7:35 just made me emotional.😢😢 If we would do this everyday as a nation we'd solve a lot of problems and avoid a lot of them. Big ups Gense.. Asincanywaneni 😂😂😊

I liked how he did not fake an accent spoken by Rwandans fluent in French. He is living the dream. I have taken lessons from this show. Thank you brah Sbu and brah Mduduzi.
