Commenting before I listen to your reaction.
The music was fine, mid-level stuff. I really didn't like the vocal melody. It was very bland. And I didn't like the singer's voice. He sounded like two dozen other singers I've heard before.
Re: dynamics. Sometimes words have two meanings. I think Led Zeppelin said that.

Led Zeppelin definitely said that! Not a huge fan of this song myself and I agree they are going down a well beaten path! Previous one we checked out was better!
