In this video we explain how to work with papers in Spain as the holder of a Spanish residence due to work roots and at the Ciezari law firm we are going to detail it.
We comment on the requirements to apply for work roots in Spain so that people without papers in Spain can have a residence permit in Spain along with a work permit that allows them to work as an employee through an employment contract or allows you to work on your own by starting your own business in Spain.
Requirements to request work roots in Spain:
The labor roots is a temporary residence authorization due to exceptional circumstances that must be requested by the foreign person without papers who meets the following requirements:
1.- That you are in an irregular administrative condition in Spain, that is, without papers.
2.- That you have been living in Spain for at least 2 years.
3.- That you have worked with papers in Spain either because you were the holder of a work permit together with a residence permit in Spain or together with a student visa, therefore, the work carried out without papers or without a work permit will not be taken into account.
4.- That the foreign person has worked for a minimum of 6 months in Spain.
5.- That the foreign person must have no criminal record.
