The 990V4 and Apparel are inspired by the essence of the late 90s, drawing from magazine campaigns, movies, and advertisements of that era.
The JoeFreshgoods x New Balance 990V4 ‘1998’ collaboration, featuring the ‘Intro’, ‘Outro’, and ‘Keisha Blue’ colorways, is scheduled to launch via EQL raffle on Monday, December 11th, with the draw closing on Friday, December 15th.
Priced at $220, pairs will be available in men’s sizes from M4/W5.5 to M15/W16.5.
For the ‘Intro’ and ‘Outro’ colorways, participants can choose between local pickup at ‘Every Now & Then’ in Chicago or shipping within the US and to select international countries.
For the ‘Keisha Blue’ colorway, priority access is being given to locals of the Chicagoland area and will be available for local pickup at ‘Every Now & Then’ in Chicago only.
Please note that raffle entry does not guarantee purchase.
There is a limit of one entry per color per person, so yes, you have the chance to win multiple colors.

New Balance used to allow us to make custom 990v3’s.. you could really get detailed with the colors too it was awesome! i made 2 pairs years ago and still rock them.. wish they would bring that option back honestly
I actually hit on both colorways from the JFG site! I couldn’t believe it! Belly was one of my favorite movies growing up! Stoked to have these!

The white accents on the box glows in the dark. I didn't realize until I got them in hand but the blue laces on the Keisha pair glows in the dark too.

This video was tough. In every way. I took massive, bold L's on these. JFG's site and on New Balance. I loved the Outro.
I wanted these so bad, but I over slept & missed the draw.

The hype is the quality and fit/finish of the shoe is what makes it appealing. Nike/Jordan Brand quality fell off a long time ago.
NB is poop, better than hoka and nike but not much
