Thanks for the comment. Yeah, I think it is best to see how an ink acts on different papers. I don't usually get to choose on which paper office documents are printed, so I like including generic paper as well as fountain pen paper.
@@uwodahikamama2 I’m very particular and I haven’t noticed any aggravating fading, even after a couple years. If it makes you feel better the paper is impermanent as well, so like the scribes of old the only true way to preserve a paper document is to re-copy it every few decades.
The paper test is as useful as the ink test; maybe more, it’s so hard to decide on a paper before testing it in person

It was my local montblanc boutique. You might have to try your luck, it has been out for a while.
