Ghanaians must be educated about psychological problems that can affect people that is not their choice. Ghanaians the majority look down upon someone that is not at the same level. But in life you may never know. Julie is not mentally stable. So if she is begging outside from home we must know something is just not right. Who is in his/her stable mind that will go on the street and start begging ? It's very sad that in Ghana people make fun of mentaly sick ones. Julie is very beautiful and very alert.
