I headcanon that my character's parents didn't actually like her and told her she'd be going to Jorvik on a summer holiday and "forgot" about her, then after she gets the starter, she ends up living in Jorvik, liking it better than her home country and began moving to different stables (I moved hs a lot)
Not so fun fact: the Missisipi Jones quest line is still extremely confusing and not at all player-friendly. I've been procrastinating doing the archeology quests for years and only recently decided to finally do them. Had to watch a video from literally 4 years ago to find all the spots from Missisipi's journal.

I think sso should add this: When you get star rider for the first time, there should be a massive Trail Ride with Sonja or someone, thats gives a tour of jorvik and telling stories about the area (i put this up bc someone has asked me to give a tour of jorvik xP)
from what we've seen so far, I'm 90% sure that by "tweaking racing system", SSO is actually just adding more races so you get more xp in a day, rather than giving current races more xp, or another system. we've already gotten new races and thats it for racing right now. hopefully they prove me wrong with this haha

regarding the player's parents not picking us up from summer camp- i think now the quests say that we're just here to stay forever in jorvik and after summer finishes, we look to find a job here and start a life etc

Love the idea but I was level 4 when I first got star rider so I had not unlocked anywhere making it impossible. I like the idea though

Some quests are broken now, items will be missing, the terrain is different, ect. So a lot of the beginning quests are harder than before.
