Thanks. Yes we have to make an effort making this video not tool long. It's best to remember (or write down/organize) which screw goes where. And most importantly, that the screws that go into plastic are different than the screws for metal.
PS I nearly got to the heater element without taking the door off, but it sits way down in the motor housing so couldn't. Could probably cut a hole in the base plastic and change it that way. But thing is - after tumbling the machine around a bit, it started working again. So who knows.
I need to replace the water guide - how does it detach, please?
