There are "Sunnah worships" (like fasting on Mondays/Thursdays) and there are Habitual or Cultural Sunnahs like covering head or eating. And covering of the head isn't Sunnah worship, it's cultural.

You have to understand the concept.
He(pbuh) don't just wear caps or hats for prayer rather he(pbuh) wear it all time.

​@@ajmaljailani6937but main guy at Huda tv said some type of culture if u follow regardless of it is prayer or not you will get barakah (Good deed) Unless any culture has no concept of cap then he will not get good deed but even if he wears there I no discouragement or sin unless he does it becoz just becoz prophet did it, then it will count as bidah (innovation) yeah sometimes but not all times.... I mean if he could trace his history back and find there was a concept of head wearing back in the day in any one time. Then he can claim his country culture was that and follow it and he will get barakah

​@@ajmaljailani6937 I think Sheikh Assim meant the white cap that muslims wear. Maybe the sunnah is to cover your head with a veil, and not the cap that Sheikh Assim was reffering to. ❤

​@@ajmaljailani6937The practice of covering the head is mentioned and acted upon by all regions where Islam spread. The turks, Kurds, arabs, bebers, Africans, Egyptians etc all covered their head. Had it had been culture, how could this wide expanse that just so happens to coincide with the spread of Islam been mere culture?
