I've been a vanilla fiend since I first laid my nose on Vanilla Fields in the early 90s, followed by the Body Shop Vanilla Oil, then Angel and Emporio Armani Lei/She, G Vanderbilt Reverie(still love n wear Reverie). Can't get enough!! I own some of these in this video. Believe it or not, I have a 200+ bottle collection but I've never smelled Kayali Vanilla 28?! It's never at Sephora! I LOVE GFG, wish I got better performance though. Lune Feline wasn't my favorite. Ani, HELLO, Love me some Ani!! SDV, beautiful but no damn performance on me. I have a Cocoapink dupe in SMAT format of SDV and it smells just like it and it performs! Roses Vanille is what I douse my sheets in. I love it so much. My favorite Vanilla find so far this year is from a Brazilian house called Conde Parfums, frag is called Vanilla Bourbon. It's O.M.G. AMAZING AND LEFT ME SPEECHLESS. It was worth every penny and then some to have it shipped from Brazil (about $120 total for the order, not too bad for a 50 ml of an amazing fragrance). It's BEASTMODE!!! I can't recommend it enough. Kayali’s Vanilla Oud is so nice. I generally don’t go for oud fragrances, but this fragrance is a beautiful introduction to oud. I paired it with Eden juicy apple and let’s just say this layering combo will be my “go to” scent this fall.

I’ve been layering Arabians Tonka with Vanilla oudgasm. Omg it’s an atomic duo! One to two sprays of Arabians and maybe a few more sprays of Vanilla oudgasm and then just wait for the compliments to role in. We’re talking intense projection and longevity it’s also pretty and sexy which is rare.

It’s interesting that Queening only gave you 4-5 hours. I got a little more than 8 hours on my skin. Now with Roses Vanille I got about 4-5 hours the last time I wore it, which was so shocking to me. I was very shocked at how long Queening lasted because it seemed like a skin scent when I first tried it in the store. I also love love love Vanagloria. That’s becoming my favorite vanilla at the moment.
Fragrances are subjective to the batch #, Body chemistry etc. Varying longevity really shouldn't come as a surprise. Its the nature of fragrances. I will say that if you read through the comments, you'll see that others have the same experience as me. I don't doubt it will get better as it ages since it may need to sit and macerate

But yes ma’am, I was reading through the comments and thought it would definitely be short lived in my fragrance eating skin, lol. I figured I’d finally gotten a softer vanilla that worked for me. But I was in DC when I tried and bought it. Now I’m back in South Florida and wore it today since today was cooler than usual but I can barely smell it now.

Vanilla oud sucks not long lasting wate of money . Black Opium is a way better vanilla scent
