I just run around the whole world 3 times, it takes the bars down pretty low but once I’m done the run I jump around in mud for a minute and it’s pretty good, it’s nearly lvl 4

I'm working on it but it's such a SLOG!! I've been grinding all night and only got halfway through level 3
