Awe, well you're a very sweet person so there's that :) look into EMDR, EFT (emotional freedom technique w/Brad Yates) yoga nidra and holotropic breath. Andrew Huberman has a video here that's brief and good at explaining EMDR. I've seen it help many people with anxieties and traumas. You'll have to find a therapist for it but EFT, yoga nidra and any kind of breathwork would be good and they're all here free :) ketamine is something I believe you can now get from the doc for depression and microdosing if you can can also be helpful. ...with the understanding that talking about them too openly can and often does unfortunately trigger (sometimes severe and painful) flare ups in people's obsessive and compulsive symptoms
Basically just be respectful (more important to keep in my if discussion takes place in person especially in public as the it may be difficult or impossible the individual safely remove themself from the situation)
