Dalo or taro and cassavva are staples... like rice. We eat it with most of our meal. Dalo is actually starch. Kokoda is raw fish...when she said its cooked, its actually cooked in lemon. Soaked in lemon for a few hours

There are youths who are 3rd or 4th generation urban settlers, in Suva city (including Lami town, Nasinu town, Nausori town that are adjacent), Nadi town, Lautoka city. Their grand or great grandparents were children who left from their villages, from whichever part of Viti they came from. They met and got married in the city/town. At the current time of these generation, their traditions, cultural values and all is thin to none. So they're displaced. These are the youths who are being blamed to criminal activities. So beware of them. Youths from villages are very different. They're well grounded and behaved.
There's crime everywhere in the world and especially in towns and cities. This is not what this vlog is about. Please watch the video if you haven't already. P L E A S E ❤️🥰

Why didn't you blame the corrupt police (not saying that they are). Why don't you blame the drug for coming into the country? Why don't you blame the politicians, for not delivering what they promise. Or provide work and amenities for the youth!! @NasinuWarrior85

@Air_Planemode I'm bringing Seasoning... The Lovo had no flavor, nothing has flavor there, but I'll tell you Never drink " Rongo" Kava before you get on your return flight to the States
Drinking Rongo Kava and Grog den get on a Plane to go baCc to St. Louis is a Nightmare

@@Air_Planemodeif you ever get to Australia. They have a version of the Fijian Kokoda, maybe try it out. There is a twist in their version/recipe, (RACV, a chain of motorhomes, caravan, cabin and hotel and restaurants, all in one establishment).
I've never tried the Real version of the Fiji Islands.
