Jim, your wild boar burger looks as good and juicy as any burger I've seen! Why not wild boar? There are lots of them down in the southern states. Good job!!
Thanks for the test. I just picked some ground, wild boar up myself. But, I did shed a tear or two when you deprived yourself of the magic that happens when tomato comes in contact with mayo😢
Thank you for not making this video "BOARing" Jim :-) I can smell it from here :-) Looks really delicious my friend :-) An Extra "BIG" thumbs up :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!
TosTinMan EasyCooking I'm NOT looking forward to this heat wave at all :-( I hope you are a little cooler being closer to the coast here in Northern California. Stay hydrated :-) Take care Jim :-) I'm in the process of editing a video of what we are having for lunches during the week at work, stay tuned :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!
Jim, I wasn't _"boared"_ by this video at all, even though you're a camera _"hog"_ and you sometimes _"pig"_ out! :D (sorry :0) Surprised you found that porkypig in a market! I've had wild hog before, in sausage form, and it was real good - not gamey or too greasy...fat was added because it such a lean meat. Taken within 300 yards of my small property by a local volunteer fireman, and processed by some one who knew what they were doing with wild meat. I've only seen a juvenile on my land, and did scarce damage, but they're rooting up the land next door big time. I'd like to try a burger! Now confess...did you buy the Nature's Own buns because they were on sale, or do you _really_ think you're gonna win the BGE contest? ;)
But *not* if you *_won_* it fair and square!! Sorry my friend, I named you _Tim_ when I first typed my comment, I've fixed it, but you likely didn't notice I had already changed that from Hey You TosTimMan... these darned ke#boards...
Thanks for the idea tiger king

Must have pickles....if not ...it's a boaring burger..lol
LOL Thanks for watching!
Agree, gotta have them pickles!!
Careful to not overcook. Wild boar is awesome. Suggest mixing spices into the patty vs sprinkling over top.
I guess meat is meat.... Never tried that.... Thanks :)
Yeah, this actually tasted more like hamburger than pork.
That looks good and juicy. Does it taste like pork chop? (:
It didn't taste that much like pork to me. I've had ground domestic pork before but this had more flavor!
Thank you for not making this video "BOARing" Jim :-) I can smell it from here :-) Looks really delicious my friend :-) An Extra "BIG" thumbs up :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!

That Boar Looks Really Good! What's The Texture Like? :D
Kind of like hamburger or sausage.
+TosTinMan EasyCooking Oh Alright. That Sounds Pretty Tasty Then! ! :)
Can Wild Boar be pink inside? I thought Pork had to be thoroughly cooked? Looks good though TinMan. TFS :)
As long as it's up to temp it's fine.
Yeah, I always check it with a thermometer but at 145-150 degrees it can still be pink.
Bro its raw💀
