As far as I know, you can harvest crops using two fingers, or , by dragging sickle over every crop.

How i get more slots it says ‘add 73 more friends for another slot’ do i need to add 73 more people for 1 slot? I dont wanna spend gems

There are only two ways to open slots, first by using gems which you can easily gain from mine but there is a daily limit of 10 gems a day, second by adding more friends, just add many friends for opening the slots whom you can unfriend later and slots will retain.

If you run out of slots in your main account, then buy wheat using your second account, and then put it for sale, this way you can use slots from both accounts 😉.
