There are people that say Mike was better than Wes. Truthfully there is a reason a ton of the old shit was not played often. The tapping technique, Mike couldn't imitate that well. Mike is great I love Snot, and I love RMV. But I don't think Mike REALLY had much of a chance. Fred was checking out, now we get Limp Bizkit once a generation

Wes Borland is a big influence for me and is one of the most innovative guitarists. However Mike Smith is really tight and has a more metal touch to the songs! Fucking sounds great...Wes is really sloppy at times...:D
