If you have sunbrella or a solution dyed acrylic fabric, you are okay to use bleach as well in your water soap mixture to kill the mold. If you are not sure if you have a solution dyed acrylic fabric you will want to make sure to test it in a small area first to ensure you do not ruin your cushion.
I had black mold spots on mine. I did take the time to remove the cover from the foam. It was a bit difficult but not terrible. I got a big plastic storage bin and put in a few inches of water. I poured in about what id say was a 10% solution of bleach, added about the same amount of simple green and used rubber gloves and a brush to work the fabric. Let it soak for an hour and the mold was completely gone.
Hi Jannel! If you are getting water stains, cleaning seam to seam should help. If the cushions are zippered, you can also consider machine washing, but I would caution to close the zippers prior to washing and to use detergent and cold/warm water on gentle cycle. Air/line dry and do not place in a dryer. If necessary, the fabric can also be retreated with 303 Fabric Guard to restore any of the water/stain repellent finish that may have been diminished over time with exposure or cleaning. Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Hi D - what is the H2O/Dawn Detergent ratio?
Just a little Dawn will do! We used a little less than a tablespoon in the spray bottle.
But when the cushion dries, it leaves a water stain! How do you prevent that?
