Happy Friday! I hope you enjoy the sketches. Let me know which one is your favorite. Have a great weekend, everyone! And thank you for watching! I'll see you soon in the next video. ♥︎ Sarah
In the video what I am seeing as green you said is yellow space. So its yellow or green? I am serious btw. Not to get into personal dtuff but I have a brain tumor and nuerologist said my eyes would play tricks. So im serious. Please advise I took a pic of a yellow flower and it came out green. I thought it was my camera.
Ahh I loved seeing your versatility shine through all these sketchbook ideas! The last one was so cool - I love how you tied it into overcoming obstacles in your own life. I feel like I got a little peek inside your mind through your paint brush lol. Also I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOUR MURAL!!! Ahhh omg.
I love your videos! I recently finished my studio,,, it took over 20 yrs to accumulate a ton of different directions my ‘Art mood” would take me in that day,,, then sometimes I would buy in bulk,,,, and store away for many years,,. Anyways,,,it’s all out now,,and on display- like a craft store,,.😊 and I love that room, I now call my studio,,,,, but with that said,,,,, I find myself staring at many blank pages or canvases ,, not knowing where to start,,, in fear of when I do start,,, I might mess it up half way...then walk away all discouraged. Then,,, I saw your video,,and I heard myself in your voice when you mentioned fear. I realized,,I’m not alone and had to tell you,,, ,,,,,You inspire and encouraged me back to the”drawing board” ,,, and for that,,,,,I thank you. A mess up,,is a lesson learned,.Is all! 😊
I like how you use your art sort of as a form of therapy. You are starting not to worry about being popular or trendy but make art from the heart/feelings. I think that is great and I think it will help you find your style. Don't care about what other people think about your art, just enjoy and grow from it. Don't let others suck the joy out of a passion you have. Can wait to see the wall mural. And try not to be too sad about it getting colder, think of all the beautiful sweaters and fuzz socks your get to wear 😊
And your commentary inside an artists mind is like a storybook,, on a wonderful journey , sometimes not even the author knows where you’ll end up,,, but a magical experience in in tow,,,none the less! Thanks for sharing your thoughts out loud, and making art fun again!
I love that the girl has a smile and the colorful top portion of the drawing shows not all hope is gone and you're not willing to give up because you know it's a journey, your journey.✌🏽💙
Please don't ever apologise or feel embarrassed about expressing your feelings through your art! That's always such a precious thing, not only for you, but for your audience too.
Love love these ideas!!! Thank you so much for sharing. And never feel badly about showing your art. To be honest, it actually helps a lot of us. We see your art on a high pedestal that will take forever to reach, if even. But when you show some of your (in your opinion) flawed pieces, it reminds us you're human, you've worked hard to get to the level you're at and gives us hope of attaining that high pedestal. Thank you so much for being brave and sharing
Each page is wonderful. Art Journalling is a great way to look back and you can see where you were in your life. In in my 50’sand love your channel, honesty and believe me, everyone goes through hard times. “Make the comeback bigger than the setback.“. So when I hit a creative block, go through anxiety, depression, once I’m feeling better, that’s the quote I go for. Oh-if you paint a layer of Gesso over the page before you start, it will prime the page so your markers won’t bleed through. Much love!
Sometimes we feel we have off days with our art. Those days are as important as the good ones. Sometimes we need to get those feelings and not so good work on to a page so they can pass. I thought you did a great job and you worked through what you thought was bad. All in all the bright colors brought joy to my day!
I've been watching your channel since I first got UA-cam six or seven years ago and tbh I'm not super into crafts and stuff now but every now and then I have to watch your videos for the nostalgia, you were such a huge part of my childhood and when you do more old school videos like this it makes my day! Thanks for everything Sarah
I'm watching on a Saturday, two years later... so Happy videoversary and Happy Saturday. LOL Anyway, my favorite one is the jellyfish! It's awesome! Also, I think it's great that you're sharing your art and life, no matter what stage of finding your style you're in. There are many of us watching who get inspired by that. Personally, I'm at the preee-pre-beginner stage, even though I've been playing with art supplies for years. I don't do it often enough and that's the problem. I love your personality. You're sweet and funny.
I love the jelly fish :D I always with everything I make want to hide it once I finish it never lives up to my expectations. So I relate so much to what you were saying in this video. Also get blue painters tape it wont rip your paper :)
I can't believe it's been 10+ years since I first started watching you Sarah! You were one of my first subscribes. I still find your videos relaxing and inspiring, I still buy pilot G2 gel pens to doodle, not that I have done it in ages. I think I need to get my doodle book out today and find some inspiration. btw I still love love going back to your first videos on your animal cartoon doodles! Would love to see you challenge yourself more with other animal cartoons! Take care x
I absolutely love your doodling and drawing videos. They are all so amazing and really inspire me to start drawing again. Also I loved all the drawings in this video, especially the jellyfish. It’s so pretty and colorful; and I’m excited for the mural that you are going to create!! Can’t wait!! 😌💜
Oooouu idk how I missed this video. You're inspired me to get back into doodling with scratch boards but I want to try the paint pens one day they are just expensive. Love your doodles the colors are amazing
I think not having one set theme is good. Too much of one thing might get boring. Keep experimenting with different supplies. I think all of the art you do is refreshing. I like the first page the most because of the color and contrast between one side and the other. Thank you for sharing ♥♥♥
I like doing all arts and crafts, and I love this idea on how to fill up my sketch book, distance learning could really have time for me to fill up my sketch book. FYI: I ask my mom to type this comment of mine, Im 7years old. I love everything you sketches. I want to try everything...fingers crossed.
These are wise words from my teacher “Everyone has a hidden battle” recently I have been not very confident and just down and one of my friend told me she is going through the same thing and that made me feel like I wasn’t all alone. I just want you to feel this same way. Yes I know this sappy and lame but it is important that we express our emotions!❤️❤️
Omg YAY you uploaded again! I'm still practicing my drawing if you still remember the comment from like 2 videos again😂 I am really kind of getting better with the tips you gave me! I really enjoyed this video! I'll try these drawing out for myself. Have a great weekend! Stay Safe!!
Ur second last drawing is cute with contrast and also the first one , u always inspire me❤️😘luv ur vids😉 ur biggest and hugest fan🥰😍🤩.can u do a video regarding diy Home decor..? Would love it if u do one❤️💕 waiting for your next video Ur universal fan❤️😘
Personal style is a funny thing. I definitely feel you have one and I can't describe it, but I feel like I'd always recognise your work (even with something like the jellyfish in this vid, which I feel is quite unlike anything you've ever done before). I don't think changing subject matter or technique is a minus, I think you're just creative :)
Your work is so lovely. It’s fair to be critical and want to strive for perfection. I think you could really benefit from art therapy. I am going to school to become an art therapist right now and I believe that it can be helpful to pretty much anyone. Love your channel and excited for your mural!
I love the girl drawing a lot!! It had such a story to it! Keep your head up! You are so talented and shouldn’t be discouraged. But usually we’re our own worse critique.
Do an oil painting video and show us how to paint with oil paints , wash our brushes we used with oil paint , and best method to dry oil paintings faster

I used to work with moon jellyfish, and I think your jelly drawing is beautiful, and you did such a great job with the tentacles! 💙
The concept of the girl drawing is such a cool idea! I love how that turned out!!
Thank you! ^-^

I love your channel, your so positive!
You can use a blow dryer to heat up the sticky and loosen it. It'll be easier to remove then. ♡
Now I want to doodle on top of watercolor
I know there was a problem a while back with the Illo sketch books they were freckling it was very weird, dunno if they fixed that though.
I like the girl and the story behind it.✌🏽💙
Heyyy sarah did anyone told u ? you looked extremely beautiful in the intro 💚
Hi! Thank you so much! 💗

I also have another question regarding the PO box. Does it have to be letter mail or can there also be packages?
It can be letters or packages.
@@TheArtsyIrene thank you so much!😁
Have you done a Bob Ross kit / tutorial yet? It would give you a chance to do oil painting.
