Next phase of Riverfront Plaza begins construction; expected to finish in 2025

Work on the next phase of construction at Riverfront Plaza, the former site of The Jacksonville Landing, is underway, the city announced on Friday.

I hope they finally come though and get something close to the renderings completed. I'm so sick if seeing renderings and seeing nothing get done

My prediction:
That stupid jax sculpture will be built, but the high rise will not.
