For the charging aspect. What I do is after the battery is fully charged, I'd leave the phone idle for several minutes before usage in order to preserve the battery's lifespan.
So I was using a Tecno Pop 2 plus back in high school and how I had my phone completely drenched in a saucepan of "kontommire"(which is the local name of cocoyam leaves in my country. It's actually used to prepare stew, "kontommire stew" as we call it) was sadly funny😆 Here's how the story went: I set out from my hostel into the hostel garden to plug some "kontommire"(cocoyam leaves) one day after school. I had a saucepan into which I would plug the leaves. One keen thing about me is I literally don't go out without my phone. My phone and I are like body and shadow😅 So I finished plugging the leaves into the saucepan and headed towards the tap to pour some water on them and wash thoroughly. I placed the saucepan under the tap and opened the water into it and GUESS WHAT!! I had placed my phone under the saucepan and completely forgotten about it! The funny part is that I fined washing the leaves on after the other before I realized my phone was under the pan completely drenched😂 You are probably wondering whether it survived or not. Well, it miraculously did but its life was never the same again. This was after submerging it in garri for a whole week. This video sure will help people like me. KUDOS!!!👌

The story of my Samsung Galaxy A32- I was at Kapital Club and Apartments, Asokoro and i was climbing the stairs with my phone in my hand and i nearly tripped on the stairs but my phone fell off my hand from the stairs down to the reception space and landed on one of its edges. When i picked up the phone, I discovered that it had bent but it was still functional 😅😅
My Old A32 i was in the gym and i dropped a 10kg plate on it while benching it was under the bench lol it got a big blinding white line on the screen the screen still functioning however i used it for 3 months while struggling to send or see texts since half of the display is basically blinded😂
Ever since I got my samsung galaxy note 8, which was costly at the time I thought it 5 years ago, I was doing my best to maintain it in good shape so that it lasts because I love it so much, but on my first job, a chair was falling with our bags and so on, so I went to grab it, and I was holding my phone with the same hand, so it got the full impact on the screen and now I've been living with a shattered screen for 3 years, it's still fully functional, but the front camera is out focused along with the shattered screen, and sadly almost full storage (64G, haven't wiped it since 2020😅)
My dreadest moment with gadgets was after repairing my shattered screen, I could not afford to buy a screen protector on the spot, I took it home like that, and it fell and broke as soon as I got home. 🙃
System and security updates are important sure, but when it comes to applications in google play store their updates are mostly not needed and takes up more space. Some of the regular apps update every day and that takes more free space and slows down the whole system.
i broke my screen protector twice, accidentally put a chair on my phone and stuck between the hood and the windshiel of the car while using it as a flashlight.
Samsung and Apple are desperatly hoping that you drop your phone so then you can repair it for hundreds of dollars. If these smartphone manufacturers where serious, the really high-end ones would be virtually indestructable. having a high-end smartphone from Samsung and Apple is a liability and going for the Chinese smartphone manufacturers would save you a whole lot of heartache and money. Watch out for Honor unbreakable screens.

Good evening sir
My dreadest moment with gadgets was after repairing my shattered screen, I could not afford to buy a screen protector on the spot, I took it home like that, and it fell and broke as soon as I got home. 🙃
That was unfortunate.
Thank you for making me put a screen protector and a case on my phone. I do hate them but i have no other choice.
System and security updates are important sure, but when it comes to applications in google play store their updates are mostly not needed and takes up more space. Some of the regular apps update every day and that takes more free space and slows down the whole system.
I'm currently using a Samsung galaxy A14 but I'm using a 10watt charger for it. Is it going to affect my battery life? Or.....?
