    The worst part of the John Byrne Superman revamp was Superman's cape no longer being invulnerable. Throughout those issues, Superman is constantly drawn wearing a torn up cape because it keeps getting ruined in his many battles.

    Eliot Magin wrote the novelization of the Kingdom Come miniseries, and it's the best non-graphic superhero book I've ever read.

    I'm with you on a hard reboot of Superman. If Lori Lemaris ran a school for gifted children, things might have turned out happier for those kids.
    That final story is a stinker, I'd rather read about Superman pestered by Ambush Bug.

    Adults can’t afford these not just kids! By the way that’s interesting, I generally avoid comic book shops (they mostly sell toys (for adults) anyway) have never seen a kid or teenager in a comic shop… isn’t that an awful way to go for these companies?
