      here with a grindy 330 squat but a 515 deadlift and 315 bench, long femur is a curse for back squat

      I have to purposely lean forward at the bottom to hit depth, it sucks. My deadlift has always been 100-175 lbs above my squat.

      for real man, I've only deadlifted 180 lol, 200kg front squat just seems impossible to me lol, shes a beast

      because weightlifters train to pick up the entire weight on the floor and then throw it above their head standing with it arms fully extended, meaning their training technique is designed to maximize the full range of motion of the entire body
      Where powerlifters only need to move a weight a couple of inches, so they develop a technique that uses the most efficient leverage as possible to move the most amount of weight in the shortest range of motion allowed by the rules

      @@aohjii Yup, it is necessary to maximize range of motion (i.e squat) in order to put up high numbers for a strong clean and jerk & snatch. This in effect, allows a fair range of motion based on everyone's leverages equal across the board.
      PL's pretty much try to "cut corners" for their BIG 3 lifts. Plus Olympic Weightlifters are generally more athletic. It's a shame the fitness industry in the US only cares about the Big 3
