I stopped levothyroxine because of this. I was suffering of Hipothyroidism because of deep stress in all my body. I was not awared of that. With these videos i'm starting to learn the art of relaxation, the art of letting go and just be in the pure instant, pure space and sound. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, really, i'm starting to heal myself.

I am so happy I found these. Sometimes the hi symbols are too much thru headphones, mics really pic those up, my ears cant take those. I dont want that 2 sound critical, I absolutely love these. I listen at work daily. Really helps my focus. Thank you!🙏👊🖐🐐
Al, I have extremely sensitive ears that easily hurt from high sounds....I have no problem with this recording. Which is making me think that you may want to try different headphones...some good quality, open headphones (a Sennheizer for about $100 is what I have)
