Head shots are best. Because body shots are either ignored, or not felt. This is a milsim. Feel lucky that you can wear a mask and still get hit in the face without dying.

I think this is the main problem with airsoft. Always some Ultra-macho-alpha men with full uniform, helmet, latest edition of fake laser/IR module, fake NVG, MRE to eat at an airsoft event lunch brake, full beard like a war vet. and shit about others that don't have or use that much equipment nobody in airsoft actually needs because it is still a somewhat ''kids'' game for grown ups. And you think it is now the responsibility of the shooter, to ensure his soft little face is not hit. How about people either wear protective gear or risk getting shot in the face? If anything this super sharp shooter is highlighting the importance of correct safety equipment, by gently shooting people in the lips. What could be wrong with that? :)

If intentional headshots are a bannable offence (and his camera actually matches up with his scope) then KM should be banned. Especially after the second headshot. Rules apply to all people, even if you're famous. But he still makes the best airsoft videos on UA-cam, big fan.

The bearded bloke is excellent airsofter and always takes his hits. We all play by the rules and that adds to a great game. MK was banned for a number off rule violations including bring an unChronoed gun on the field.
I was also playing that day. And you got banned for a lot more reasons than the head shot! You were arrogant, rude and not playing as part of a team. You're dangerous and only out to get as many painful and dangerous shots as possible! People got mad bc they didn't know where they were getting hit from, and did whatever they could to get him kicked. I've heard it a million times, luckily for my field, I have cameras everywhere. And review stations set up so go pros can be examined to determine if cheating or misconduct is going on. Not to mention, do you personally examine every bb to make sure they are perfect? I don't play, but I want to.. I also wonder about this.. If someone is wearing some heavy type gear.. like a vest, or a backpack. id assume its possible that you might not feel a shot hit there? I've seen quite a few videos of people being hit and not calling it, but sometimes it does look like their hit on a bag or back pack, or a pouch they are carrying, etc.. usually the shooter shoots again and hits somewhere like their arm, and then they call it..

When I host my small events, part of the safety brief is that headshots are part of the game. Anyone who isn't ok with being shot in the head should leave now so that teams can be adjusted if needed. It's also made clear that if someone decides to disrupt gameflow over getting shot in the head, then they will be required to leave the event, and banned from future events. There was a game I played in last year, where I decided to not wear face protection to a Desert Punks game. I took a shot at relatively close range directly to my nose. Stung a bit, laughed it off and all was good. It was a pretty good shot, and that's all that mattered.

The only real danger I can see resulting from a headshot is the pellet hitting you eye or going into your mouth/nose if unlucky, your skull is strong enough to actually put up a challenge to some real handgun bullets (Hence news reports of robbers accidentally shooting themselves after the bullet bounces off the victim's skull), an Airsoft pellet should be nothing

Honestly i do really respect the fact for the amount of patience and calmness you have to be a sniper, its sometimes really frustrating dying to something you cant see, thats partly why i switched over to speedball, its rlly fast paced and a switch up from normal woods ball or airsoft
I dont know how they could possibly ban headshots in a game like this. Most of the time it's all the enemy sees. I do however think it isnt unrealistic to make everyone wear full headgear, it just makes sense.
I love the Sniper shots personally especially head shots because most people are in god mode, they need a place that does head shots only ½ a day each week. Must have full head protection and be 18+.

i get both sides on this "headshot" within airsoft, if its the only thing i can see of you? i will shoot it, but if i see the whole body, i do try and avoid headshots. Something i dont really thing Mustang is doing tho, kinda feels he only goes for the headshots (tho with hes experience is the most effecvtive way to get people to call theire hits)

This allows you to move your head freely without the camo moving at all. During the Vietnam war, the NVA used this device with deadly effect against American soldiers. The NVA were masters at the art of camouflage.

I simply do not understand people playing airsoft without eye protection at a minimum! Do they just not care if they lose their sight??? At the venues I've played, full face masks are required, just as in paintball. Also, it's a cheap shot to shoot for the head when you have an open body shot available. Just my opinion dude.

And you think it is now the responsibility of the shooter, to ensure his soft little face is not hit. How about people either wear protective gear or risk getting shot in the face? If anything this super sharp shooter is highlighting the importance of correct safety equipment, by gently shooting people in the lips. What could be wrong with that? :)

KM shouldn't have gone for a headshot, he should have gone for the torso.
If intentional headshots are a bannable offence (and his camera actually matches up with his scope) then KM should be banned. Especially after the second headshot. Rules apply to all people, even if you're famous.

The bearded bloke is excellent airsofter and always takes his hits. We all play by the rules and that adds to a great game. MK was banned for a number off rule violations including bring an unChronoed gun on the field.
I was also playing that day. And you got banned for a lot more reasons than the head shot! You were arrogant, rude and not playing as part of a team. You're dangerous and only out to get as many painful and dangerous shots as possible! You think you're some sort of big shot but calling someone (who you don't even know) "gender neutral", suggests you're a bigot! The people who comment on your videos have not played a game with you so have no idea of the attitude problem that you have. Enough said.

And obviously the scope cam doesn't line up, the cross hairs is a edited feature for special effects. If the guy was wearing the protection property that he had hanging from his helmet, none of this would have been even addressed. Why have perfect protection, and no use it properly? If you have seen majority of KM videos, not MK, lol, jk, then you would see why he is an aggressive player. People don't call their hits, and shooting someones mags, they make a loud impact sound. Not too mention, you still feel the hit. Especially if you get hit with anything over 400fps. I own a shop and field, I've been playing Airsoft for over 15 years, I know exactly how it goes. Even when I'm fully dressed with protection and my ghillie, I still feel every hit. Obviously ricochets are difficult to judge, but if you are in the open, you will know if you get shot, or if it hits your mags, or guns. Even if it hits your sleeve or pants leg and not your body, you feel it. So he got banned for multiple reasons? Doubt that. People got mad bc they didn't know where they were getting hit from, and did whatever they could to get him kicked. I've heard it a million times, luckily for my field, I have cameras everywhere. And review stations set up so go pros can be examined to determine if cheating or misconduct is going on. Not to mention, do you personally examine every bb to make sure they are perfect? Of course not, but a imperfection on a bb will change the course of where the bb will actually hit. Many different reasons... Blah blah blah... Keep up the great work KM. Sometimes you really just dont feel the shot. I say headshots are a damn good way to ensure theyll call their hits. Getting smacked right in the ear is horrible

I don't play, but I want to.. I also wonder about this.. If someone is wearing some heavy type gear.. like a vest, or a backpack. id assume its possible that you might not feel a shot hit there? I've seen quite a few videos of people being hit and not calling it, but sometimes it does look like their hit on a bag or back pack, or a pouch they are carrying, etc.. usually the shooter shoots again and hits somewhere like their arm, and then they call it..

When I host my small events, part of the safety brief is that headshots are part of the game. Anyone who isn't ok with being shot in the head should leave now so that teams can be adjusted if needed. It's also made clear that if someone decides to disrupt gameflow over getting shot in the head, then they will be required to leave the event, and banned from future events. There was a game I played in last year, where I decided to not wear face protection to a Desert Punks game. I took a shot at relatively close range directly to my nose. Stung a bit, laughed it off and all was good. It was a pretty good shot, and that's all that mattered.

The only real danger I can see resulting from a headshot is the pellet hitting you eye or going into your mouth/nose if unlucky, your skull is strong enough to actually put up a challenge to some real handgun bullets (Hence news reports of robbers accidentally shooting themselves after the bullet bounces off the victim's skull), an Airsoft pellet should be nothing

Honestly i do really respect the fact for the amount of patience and calmness you have to be a sniper, its sometimes really frustrating dying to something you cant see, thats partly why i switched over to speedball, its rlly fast paced and a switch up from normal woods ball or airsoft

I dont know how they could possibly ban headshots in a game like this. Most of the time it's all the enemy sees.
I do however think it isnt unrealistic to make everyone wear full headgear, it just makes sense.
I love the Sniper shots personally especially head shots because most people are in god mode, they need a place that does head shots only ½ a day each week. Must have full head protection and be 18+.
