he must be claustrophobic because that ball is too small for ur hamster cuz that kind of hamster ball is for dwarf hamsters and i have a dwarf hamster but i have a ball thats for like teddy bear hamster or any similar to that cuz she's a little big to be a dwarf hamster so i got her that and she has space and doesnt escape. so u should buy one of those
