  • "В коммунизм великий Сталин нас ведёт" (V kommunizm velikiy Stalin nas vedot)
    Lyrics:

    *"The United States is pursuing a different aim from that which we are pursuing in the U.S.S.R. - The aim which the Americans are pursuing, arose out of the economic troubles, out of the economic crisis. The Americans want to rid themselves of the crisis on the basis of private capitalist activity, without changing the economic basis. They are trying to reduce to a minimum the ruin, the losses caused by the existing economic system. Here, however, as you know, in place of the old, destroyed economic basis, an entirely different, a new economic basis has been created. The expansion of production under capitalism takes place for entirely different motives, that capital flows into those branches of economy in which the rate of profit is highest. You will never compel a capitalist to incur loss to himself and agree to a lower rate of profit for the sake of satisfying the needs of the people. Without getting rid of the capitalists, without abolishing the principle of private property in the means of production, it is impossible to create planned economy."*
    ~ Stalin, criticizing the presupposed "planned" nature of the economy of the US with the New Deal.

    The lyrics are by Vladimir Kharitonov, a Soviet poet and World War II veteran. The music was composed by Anatoly Novikov, a Soviet composer and choir director who won two Stalin Prizes in the 1940's. I ran across a song book from 1952 that contains this work but I don't know when this recording was made or who made it.

      Socialism is a step to the communism, you know...

    • @МаксимАсеев1
      @МаксимАсеев1 5 років тому

      @Anthony Cole such things depend from the people. And socialism's final objective is to make new type of real People that are able to sustain socialism and in a long run - create communism. If socialism will not be doing this, it will fall like USSR, because of people becaming not People but egoistic consumers who think only about filling their belly and having goods. Socialism requiers everybody to become better in every way, and work hard on yourself and your job. Socialism is about self development, not just meeting the everyones needs. This main idea of self development, altruism and intelligence must be formed in socialist society and enter into the new communist society. If it will be done properly, i dont think that communism is impossible.

    • @МаксимАсеев1
      @МаксимАсеев1 5 років тому +2

      @Anthony Cole i understand, my English is bad, may be you didnt understood me. Sorry for that.
      I didnt say that it would be free to be scum. I said that it is the objective of socialism to create people who *will not* bury a crop *themselves*

    • @trentrubenacker9718
      @trentrubenacker9718 4 роки тому +2

      @Anthony Cole A. There shouldn't be a nation.
      1 planet. 1 species. 1 socialist state. No need to divide humans into groups and govern them separately. Causes a lot of strife. Inefficient. We need to undo that system.
      B. The point of a state is to stabilize society by moderating class relations. It is a special committee of armed men which alienates itself from society in order to manipulate it. The state opresses and governs the proletariat on behalf of the bourgeoisie and manages the shared and general affairs of the national bourgeoisie. The goal of the socialist state is to create a society without power dynamics by aligning with the proletariat and eliminating the bourgeoisie. This involves reordering the way that everyone does everything including think, and also reordering all the physical stuff we use to produce and distribute and live on. It is a monumental and careful task which we've yet to see pulled off. But once it's done, you've got a society Without class relations. This also means without the systems that uphold class relations, which are private ownership claims on productive capacity, and currency that allows accumulation and markets, and the state itself.
      (A socialist state that doesn't have that as the goal isn't a socialist state. It's just a country with a planned economy. A planned economy aligned with the bourgeoisie, without communism as the goal, is just a better organized oligarchy.)
      Once class and the relations that make it up have been undone, the mass of the people, enmeshed into a collective global web of production and distribution, will simply have no need for a state. Communism must be global btw.
      I skipped some steps. The orthodox path to communism is:
      1. All the nations are independent. No imperialist empire around.
      2. All or almost all of the nations have aligned the state with the proletariet and are transitioning towards a socialist economy.
      3. The socialist nations confederalize more and more into fewer and fewer ever larger nation states until there is a one world government. By this point, the private for-profit ownership of the means of production should be totally eleminated.
      4. The one world socialist state makes sure it has everything integrated into the supply web so it can be organized from within instead of above from that point on, phasing out currency, and then abolishes itself. Expected to happen slowly, piece by piece as the integration process is undertaken, the state withers away, leaving communism.
      None of us will live to see communism, but it's still objectively what you should spend your life striving for.

    His name and history were twisted by history and propaganda, but his actions against the Nazi war machine and his leadership will never be forgotten by we Marxists.
    Respects from Brazil.

      Stalin fue un GIGANTE de su tiempo. Iósif Stalin vivió en una época histórica, en donde el mundo requería de liderazgos fuertes. Así que tuvo que ser un dirigente enérgico. Severo. ¡Imponente! O, de otro modo, la “Madre Rusia” hubiera desaparecido del mapa. Stalin fue lo que tenía qué ser: Un Gran Líder. Un Gran Estadista. Stalin heredó un país yermo, rural, preterido, analfabeta, hambriento, supersticioso, deprimido, carente de todo y, para colmo, delirantemente desamparado. Rusia era entonces, un país de “Siervos” (Esclavos), y Stalin lo convirtió en una súper potencia industrializada y poderosa, que puso a temblar al mundo. Rusia estaba atrasada en 100 años con respecto a Occidente y, superadas las precariedades y todas las devastaciones que causó la Guerra, él, Stalin, el “Fundador de la URSS”, puso en marcha el primer Programa Aero-Espacial del mundo. Seis años después (1957), lanzaron el Sputnik I. Stalin recibió una Rusia que estuvo en guerra casi 30 años. (Empezando con la humillante derrota frente al Imperio de Japón, 1904-1905. Revolución Rusa, 1905. WWI, 1914-1918. Revolución Bolchevique 1917-1922. Guerra Civil contra los “Rusos Blancos”, 1922-1927. WWII 1940-1945… Más la Pandemia de la mal llamada “Fiebre Española”, en 1918-1920. Después les llegó el brote de la “Peste Bubónica” en 1926. ―En 1932-33, Stalin implementó una campaña general de vacunación contra la viruela, la cual, en 1936, propuso que fuese una campaña a nivel mundial. Iniciada por Stalin y secundada por todas las naciones del planeta, la viruela se erradicó en 1980―. Y, además el “Crack Financiero de Wall Street”, de 1929-1937). O sea que, Stalin, asumió el poder de un país golpeado por las guerras, enfermo por la Pandemia y, económicamente quebrado por la crisis mundial. Estas calamidades dejaron una Rusia desposeída y miserable. Stalin la rescató imponiendo disciplina y trabajo. Ni antes ni hoy, nadie en el mundo puso en duda su ENORME LIDERAZGO. Stalin fue genial; magnífico, cultísimo y astuto. Fue un Titán con mano de hierro. Amado por su pueblo y temido por sus enemigos. Hace más de 70 años que Stalin murió y, la Propaganda Occidental, no afloja en denostarlo. ¿Con qué propósito? ¿Cuál sería su utilidad ahora? [*Y, acá, va un dato que dimensiona la grandeza de Stalin. Joseph Stalin, fue nominado DOS veces al Premio Nobel de la Paz (en 1945 y 1948), con el apoyo de múltiples instituciones universitarias de Reino Unido, Francia, Italia, Suiza, Bélgica, y Grecia. Esas nominaciones fueron tomadas en serio por el Comité en Oslo. A él se le acabó su tiempo. Stalin murió en 1953, sin recibir nada de nadie, pero sí, todo el reconocimiento de su propio pueblo amoroso.].
      ¡¡¡SLAVA KOBA!!! ¡¡¡SLAVA STALIN!!! .

I now think that the POWER IS IN THE TRUTH - whoever has the TRUTH is STRONGER! So you deceived someone - you made money, and what, have you become STRONGER? No, you have not become STRONGER! @@daseapickleofjustice7231 No. The descriptions however idealize life under Stalin. It was a time of great inner and outer difficulties, social struggles, and political pressure on society. Excrutiatingly harsh conditions were overcome with high casualties. Interesting that the official version calls it some sort of fantasyland.

    • @daseapickleofjustice7231
      @daseapickleofjustice7231 3 роки тому +4

      @@NR-qg2rg of course it wasn't a fantasy land but it wasn't filled of suffering. Compared to what they had had before it was far better. The industrialisation and collectivisation made peoples lives better. What he gave to the people turned the country into one that could accomplish far more things than the west. They had it better than before and after the second world war better than much of Europe.

    • @NR-qg2rg
      @NR-qg2rg 3 роки тому

      @@daseapickleofjustice7231 No, the west was probably better off after WW2 but this had certain reasons: they had developed a lot sooner than Russia and the other SRs, their companies had benefitted from imperialism, and Nazi occupiers were much more generous to them, never wreaking as much destruction as they did in the east due to their race beliefs.
      What I'm saying is that while there were important improvements, the struggle of a people, the power abuses by Stalin and the NKVD and the many innocents who died, including many revolutionaries and antifascists, also inherently belong to this period.

    • @daseapickleofjustice7231
      @daseapickleofjustice7231 3 роки тому +3

      @@NR-qg2rg the west suffered a lot after WW2 in Europe. Industries and cities were bombed a lot and without an as quick centralised way to build it back up they needed to take loans from the US which is why Europe became more of a puppet of the US even before NATO. During Stalin people did not suffer. There was no struggle between the people and the party. Stalin provided what the people needed. The people he had to get rid of were counter revolutionaries and revisionists during a literal war.
