I saw this video on a very dark moment in my life, so much going on at the same time... “That breath you just took, what a blessing you got there, what a blessing...” I didn’t really feel after I started crying how grateful I was despite for being alive despite everything that was happening to me... this is a very inspirational video. Do not give up to those who feel defeated and stuck, just stand up, fight, keep going, breath, repeat. It will be better after a while, it will be okay. It’s never darker than before sunrise. I had a car crash in October 2018, I broke my back and suffered mentally really bad. Been diagnosed with PTSD which made me suicidal an try to take my life once which was a turning point in my life. I relate to this so much as I felt the same, I have no idea how I’m here today the only thing I come up with was a blessing from above. It’s changed my outlook on my life and I treat everyday as my last. I hate the fact it’s changed my life but I am so grateful to be alive and here today 🙏 hats off to you sir!!!

Bought his book "High Performance Habits", became a fan of his podcast "The Brendon Show", followed him on all social media, suscribed to some of his courses in "hpxlife.com"... and have felt so motivated and inspired by him in so many ways and in a moment of my life that I need this kind of motivation. I've heard a lot about his car accident at this point and how it changed his life but never would have guessed it was here at my country, so the level of connection right now is at its highest point. I found this off a Flo video. When he said, “ I was a 19-year kid, I was miserable, I was terrified and I was so upset with life and I didn’t know what to do” same. I'm also 19 and was recently in a car accident that made me want to turn my life around. We have a very similar story with a high school relationship falling apart and leading to depressed/suicidal behavior. The car accident made me realize I didn't really want to die and I wanted to live. I also learned that I didn't want to live in fear anymore. I learned that life was too short to not at least try to get all the things you want and to not say all the things you're afraid of. I am still maneuvering and trying things out, but hoping it gets better every day. Thank you for this video, Brendon. Whenever I get stuck again, I'll ask myself, "Did I live? Did I love? Did I matter?" and use that as a guide.
I bless God for permitting your life to be transformed by him giving you another chance to LIVE. HE IS AWESOME to give u the gift that made room for you to share with us who need help discovering ours intentionally. B blessed always ❤
