    In the first question there is nothing indicating comparison. Yes he did choose the wrong data display method but a better choice to plot summative data would be a line graph. Especially since there is only one behavior of interest listed in the question.

      Hi :) To answer this question, you have to know the definition of summative data. Formative data is displayed on a line graph. You can't use a line graph to display summative data. You could use a frequency polygon or commutative record but you can't use a line graph which shows the change in behavior over time. Here is the definition of the two and i am copy and pasting. If formative assessment measures how a student is learning during a course of study, summative assessment is designed to measure “how much” a student has learned after a unit or course has reached its completion."
