It's probably an MRL gear-less traction 1:1 roping which would account for the fast FPM. However, I did not see the hoist cables on the side of the cab, but noticed a frame on the left side which could be the counterweight frame. This elevator might be using coated steel belts, instead of conventional steel hoist ropes.
I'll be honest, I don't think private parking garage elevators should be scenic. Cause to me that attracts attention to the garage (at least for elevator filmers) and I would want to check out the awesome scenic elevators such as these. If this was a public parking garage than I would say the scenic elevators are worth it. Regardless of this, these elevators look awesome!! Those elevators are incredibly fast for six floors!
WOW THESE ELEVATORS ARE SO FAST!!!
This elevator has earned the nickname of the mini rocket
Interesting place for a door hold button.
Fast for a parking elevator.

Very uncommon to see this type of elevator in California. And those fixtures are called Highline
