Those locos goes under the serial Sr1 and were manufactured by Novotjerkasskyj elektrovozostroytelnyj zavod in Kaukasia, USSR, during the time between 1972 - 1985, but they are going to be replaced very soon, starting in 2014. :)

They were made in Russia.. I'm not sure what the name of the manufacturer is though. Thanks for the comment :)
